Following a significant acquisition and merger, we aligned executive sponsors to launch an internal Change Management Office and capability, resulting in significant integration project acceleration and ROI.
Following a major global merger, our team collaborated with a large chemicals and specialty materials corporation to establish a centralized Change Management Office (CMO), driving alignment for critical integration initiatives. This included building a C-suite-sponsored Change Steering Committee, providing executive support for complex systems integration, cultural alignment, and digital asset transitions.
To ensure a resilient and effective CMO, we sourced both internal employees and strategic contract partners, focusing on individuals who could manage cross-functional impacts across the portfolio of initiatives. We worked closely with these teams to minimize disruption, foster engagement, and proactively mitigate risks of attrition.
To support sustainable change capability, we also standardized best-in-class change resources that could be deployed across the organization. These tools were designed to empower employees with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate and lead through change consistently and effectively, reinforcing a culture of adaptability throughout the enterprise.
These efforts improved engagement and morale across the company, improved adoption across the CMO portfolio of projects, and improved customer experience scores.
