Practice makes improvement.

Much like a free throw in basketball, your soft skills require practice to improve. ImproVision workshops are not lectures, performances, or PowerPoints. You and your team will constantly participate in improv exercises that engage and stretch your soft skills, as well as subsequent discussions to share your aha moments with the team.

Failure is the key to innovation, so get comfortable with it.

Fear of failure is the greatest obstacle to innovation, and yet you don't wake up one day fearless. In my workshops, you will follow that fear. You will practice failing, and helping each other through that process.

Say Yes, Not Yes, But.

Saying no or yes, but keeps you in control and motionless. But saying yes to yourself and others builds relationships and allows ideas the space they need to take shape. In our improv exercises, you will practice saying yes.

Bring your brick.

If a group shows up to build a wall, and only one person brought a brick, it'd be a pretty soddy wall. And yet, many people feel comfortable following the leader, rather than contributing their unique perspective. In my workshop, your team will practice "bring their bricks," and helping others to bring theirs.
